Students graduate after completing graduation requirements successfully according to the study plan, subject to a minimum cumulative GPA for the rate determined by the University Council for each specialty.

The College Council may at the direction of the department concerned to identify suitable studied by students to raise the cumulative average of the decisions, and in the case of his success in the courses, but not getting the required GPA
