Abstract : Exports are industrial goods, especially a vital factor in economic development efforts because of their importance in providing foreign exchange to finance growth in other sectors as well as to absorb the products of other sectors such as agriculture and services (driving forces for the front and back). Bideau said the development of exports in many developing countries is linked to many factors, including what is internal to the structure of the industrial sector itself, or a combination of local prices of factors of production or industrial policies of the state. The external factors may include external price of factors of production such as raw materials and machinery for example, or relative prices of foreign imported goods of national or economic policies of importing countries such as policies of tax protectionism or policies of economic blocs like the European Common Market or policies relating to the export of goods advanced technical and other policies. Within this framework it is in a developing country industrial relatively like Saudi Arabia there is an urgent need for studies record independently of exports, both structural with respect to factors of supply and demand or external factors relating to relative prices and the economic policies of importing countries and other economic factors that can help identify the determinants of positive as well as impeding the development of industrial exports in the future to benefit from the development of policies relating to industrial and commercial sector, industrial exports. This research aims briefly to measure the size of the growth in exports of the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia during the fifteen years recent analysis of the factors affecting the size of this growth and development of standard models that can estimate the size of the effect of each of these parameters and then use the data collected for major changes contained in these models to measure the size of the impact of these determinants and extraction and classification of the measurement results and analysis, and propose policies and recommendations for industrial and commercial development of industrial exports in the future.
