Moreover we were able to introduce the new concept of ideal blocks which we used to construct new families of t-designs, t =1,2,3, Further and by using the block intersection properties of Hadamard 2-designs respectively 3-designs, several families of Hadamard derived 2-designs respectively 3-designs can be constructed.
