Abstract : Let B and C be entire functions of order less than 1 with C≢0 and B transcendental. We prove that every solution f≢0 of the equation y″ + Ay′ +By=0, A(z)=C(z)eαz, α ∈ ℂ\{0} being has zeros with infinite exponent of convergence.
